"The Chosen" Biblical Costume Rental

Custom-designed Biblical costumes

This premium line of Biblical costumes was designed to meet the costume requirements for extras in The Chosen movie series.

Quality - Each high-quality ensemble includes a linen or cotton tunic, a textured layer, a headpiece, and accessories (belts/sashes, jewelry, etc.) Footwear is not included.
Affordable - Pay the rental cost and shipping (both directions) to keep the costume for the duration of your time on the set...or purchase the costume for 3x the rental price and don't ship it back!
Easy - I take care of cleaning the costume upon its return.

How the process works

Start by reviewing the costume requirements and reaching out to me with your measurements (head, chest, waist, center neck to wrist, and top-of-shoulder to desired schmata length). You can choose from the Chosen costume collection or one of the other Biblical rental costume collections. Or request a new ensemble tailored to your specifications. This can include the chosen outfits specifically designed for women or men, based on your unique requirements.

How much does it cost?

Here is a breakdown of the costs for a premium costume rental:

$20 deposit - paid up front to reserve costume; refunded when costume is returned in good condition
Costume rental - $150 plus shipping both directions
Costume purchase - $450 plus shipping
Mock-ups - $35 for 3 (1st 3 free)

Do you ever sell your costumes?

Yes. The selling price is usually 3x the rental cost, but may vary based on the quality of the materials, labor, and future retability. If you are intersted in buying a costume, reach out to me and ask for a quote.

How does the shipping work?

I typically ship costumes via UPS ground, to customers in the contingent United States. Shipping takes 2-4 days, based on location, and the average cost for shipping a single costume is $22-35.

How I started...

My first rental was of a costume that had previously been used for a production of "Seeking the Child". Because I loved "The Chosen" movie series and wanted to support the ministry, I broke my "local only" rule and figured out how to ship the costume.

Taking it to the next level...

Season 6 was filmed in Texas in August, so it was very hot! I started building a new line of premium Jewish costumes with linen tunics that would breathe, as well as textured layers and jewelry.

Finishing strong...

Season 7 of The Chosen was filmed in Utah and Texas. I continued expanding the quality and quantity of my Jewish rental inventory, and worked closely with customers to create custom-designed Nabatean and Roman lady costumes.
